California dreaming...The power of Ayurvedic relaxation

I recently took a trip to California to learn traditional Ayurveda spa treatments from master healers.  To be honest, I was feeling nervous and anxious since I wasn’t sure what to expect. These healing treatments have been, until recently, used by limited practitioners due to the lifelong training that goes with the skill. Summer: The season of sun and light

Summer is here, and for many of us, it came a bit early.  This season of sun and light is a reflection of our own light.  We radiate a beautiful glow as we embrace nature’s energetic vibrations by playing and moving outside.  Eating the plant-based spectrum of color and flavors of the season hydrate and protect our skin. The Real Deal on Peels and Other Exfoliants?
