Due to the nature of our product we can only provide exchanges for product deemed defective via damage during shipping. All items that leave our facility are quality checked.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
+ To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the original packaging.
+ To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. To exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you a form to include when shipping your item back to us. In order for your exchange to be processed and expedited, a picture(s) of the damaged item(s) will need to be emailed (email@example.com) or texted (314.675.0033) to us with your order number in body or subject line.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, but once approved we will try our best to have it in the mail within 24 hours.
Refunds (if applicable)
In rare occasions, we do provide refunds. Please send us an email with the details of your return request at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you a form to include when shipping your item back to us. Please send item to: PO BOX 1826 Missouri US 63302, ATTN: RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus the non-refundable shipping), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days (M-F).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Been 7 business days and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
